I founded Talent Atlas to help people and organisations solve practical problems and move good ideas into action.

I start by understanding what a client needs. That might mean clarifying their operations or positioning, creating a website or brochure, or shaping a marketing campaign. My clients include businesses and professional practices in South Africa, the United States, South Korea and New Zealand. One South Korean client flew me to Seoul for a month so I could support the work in person and alongside their team.

I take projects from the first conversation through planning and delivery, bringing in other contributors when the project needs them.

I also coach job-seekers and professionals on career direction, role fit, CVs, applications, interviews and workplace communication. I developed the Talent Atlas Human Performance Index as a practical framework for exploring someone's capabilities, development needs and potential role fit. It is a discussion tool, not a psychometric test.

I'm at my best when a client has a real problem to solve and needs someone who will listen carefully, connect the dots and help get the right work done.
