Mattheus Wessels is the Founder and Lead Strategist of Talent Atlas, a business and career studio supporting people and organisations navigating complex transitions across industries, borders, and systems.
With over fifteen years of international experience across South Africa, South Korea, the United States, and Europe, his work sits at the intersection of people, operations, and strategy. He has led large-scale people and operations functions, including international recruitment, HR governance, organisational design, and leadership support within multi-site, global organisations.
At Talent Atlas, Mattheus leads strategy across career development, employer branding, recruitment marketing, and creative business services. His approach combines structural clarity with human insight, helping individuals and organisations make confident, sustainable progress in global environments.
He believes good strategy should feel steady, not overwhelming. When systems are clear and stories are aligned, growth follows naturally.

AeYoung brings precision, cultural fluency, and quiet strategic strength to Talent Atlas’ Korean market operations. As Client Success Manager for Korea, she leads localized digital marketing across key Korean platforms including Naver and Daum, ensuring Talent Atlas content is not only visible but culturally and contextually effective.
With a strong background in English translation and cross cultural communication, AeYoung manages Korean to English translations with care and accuracy, bridging nuance rather than merely converting words. Her work ensures that Korean talent, brands, and messages are presented clearly and competitively to global audiences.
Grounded, meticulous, and people focused, AeYoung plays a pivotal role in helping Talent Atlas translate opportunity across borders, one platform and one sentence at a time. The compass stays steady when she is holding it.

Leo brings calm precision and cultural fluency to his role as Client Manager (Korea) at Talent Atlas.
He partners closely with corporate clients, shaping brand presence and employer narratives with intention and polish.
With over a decade of experience across the Tech and Education sectors in South Korea, Leo has developed a sharp eye for design and an instinctive grasp of intercultural communication. He translates complexity into clarity, aligning global ambition with local nuance.

Mari Holt is the Client Manager and Writer for the USA & Canada at Talent Atlas, supporting professionals and organisations across highly regulated and detail-driven sectors.
She brings experience from both Legal and Medical recruitment, where precision, discretion, and clarity are essential. Alongside her recruitment background, Mari has worked freelance as a copywriter and CV and résumé writer, giving her a strong grasp of how experience should be positioned for real decision-makers, not just algorithms.
At Talent Atlas, Mari works closely with clients to refine career narratives, manage hiring processes, and ensure communication remains clear, thoughtful, and outcome-focused. Her strength lies in translating complex professional histories into stories that are accurate, compelling, and easy to trust.
