Compare three packages
01 / YOUR NEXT STEP
Who it’s for
Doctors finishing community service in 2026, and doctors preparing for a new application at any stage. Your next role deserves a clear account of what you have actually done.
- GP positions and medical officer applications
- Clinical research or other clinically focused positions
- Doctors seeking a more focused CV and application approach
The service continues beyond 2026. Support with an application is not a promise of eligibility, interviews or employment.

04 / FROM HISTORY TO APPLICATION
How it works
- 01
Discovery
Discuss the direction you are considering and select the scope that fits.
- 02
Clinical career history
Organise your rotations, responsibilities, skills and other relevant evidence. Exclude identifiable patient information.
- 03
Focused drafts
Shape the resume versions included in your package around your actual experience.
- 04
Application readiness
Review accuracy and relevance against the vacancy. You check the final details before using the documents.
- 05
Coaching, where included
Options 1 and 3 include AI tailoring support; Option 1 also includes profile optimisation.
GP applications and clinical research: different emphasis.
Medical Doctor Resume
Present relevant patient-care experience, clinical responsibilities and the context of your work. For GP and medical officer applications, match the evidence to the vacancy rather than listing everything with equal weight.
Clinical Resume
For research or other positions, highlight relevant clinical work and any genuine research exposure, methods, publications or data-related experience. Where you have not done that work, do not imply that you have.
A clinical research direction is an application focus, not a determination of role fit or a placement guarantee. Employers set their own requirements.
Questions, answered.
Can you help if I am completing community service in 2026?
Yes. We can organise your internship and community service experience for your next application. The service also supports doctors at other career stages and continues beyond 2026. Check each vacancy's requirements and deadlines yourself.
What should a doctor application communicate?
Your actual clinical experience, rotations, responsibilities, relevant skills and the requirements of the role. Registration details, qualifications and employment dates must be accurate. Talent Atlas helps with writing and positioning, not registration advice or HPCSA compliance certification.
How is a clinical research CV different from a GP resume?
A GP-focused resume emphasises relevant clinical care and responsibilities. A clinical or research-focused version may emphasise research exposure, methods, data work, publications or other evidence you actually have. Each vacancy determines what is relevant; a research-focused resume does not establish suitability or guarantee placement.
What does the AI training cover?
Options 1 and 3 cover using generative AI to tailor a resume to a specific vacancy: analysing requirements, creating useful prompts and checking the output against your real experience. Keep patient information and other sensitive data out of AI tools. AI does not guarantee interviews or jobs.
What is the difference between the three packages?
Option 1 (R1,200) includes three resumes, LinkedIn/PNet/Indeed optimisation and AI coaching. Option 2 (R900) includes three resumes only. Option 3 (R900) includes the Master and Medical Doctor resumes plus AI training, without the Clinical Resume or profile optimisation. All prices are in ZAR, per package.
Can I ask for an individual service?
Yes. Medical CV and resume writing, LinkedIn optimisation, CV writing training, job search coaching and career positioning can be discussed separately. Contact Talent Atlas to agree the scope and price; no individual-service prices or delivery times are promised here.
